The purpose of this center is to educate people about their Tampakan Copper-Gold Project. Some years passed their mobile Community Information and Resource Center (mCIRC) continues to be an effective tool in communicating the Project's key messages to their stakeholders. As of Q2 2011, the mCIRC has visited a total of 14 municipalities in the proposed Project area and had a special staging in Baguio City, in November 2010, for the 57th Annual National Mine Safety and Environment Conference. In February 2011, the mCIRC was awarded with the Anvil Award of Excellence, Public Relations Tools - Exhibition Category, by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP), the oldest award-giving body in the Philippines in the field of public relations.
